Shipping & Delivery Policy
At The Books Will Save Us, we take care in preparing every order so your books arrive safely and ready to enjoy.
Order Processing
We typically pack and ship orders within 2–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
As a small independent press, we personally prepare each order with care. During holidays, new releases, or particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently only ship within the United States when you order from this website. If you need international shipping, please order via our Etsy shop here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheBooksWillSaveUs
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: When available, delivery estimates will be provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, or seasonal shipping volumes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays beyond our control.
If your package appears lost or hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@thebookswillsaveus.com. We'll be happy to help investigate.
Damaged Orders
We want your books to arrive in beautiful condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage and packaging.
We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.
