Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unread, and in its original condition.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@thebookswillsaveus.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect and package every order before shipping. If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please note that minor variations in cloth, foil stamping, printing, and other handcrafted details are natural characteristics of our books and are not considered defects.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your eligible purchase and place a new order.
Marketplace Purchases
Orders placed through Etsy, eBay, or other marketplaces must be handled through the platform where the purchase was made, in accordance with its applicable policies.
